Support can include agreed areas such as security advice, policy maintenance, risk discussions, interpreting customer or supplier security requirements, improvement planning and periodic security check-ins. Scope, frequency, availability and boundaries are agreed before the engagement begins. Larger projects and specialist technical services are scoped separately.
