We don't publish a day rate. We price the outcome, and we tell you in advance how it's worked out.

Where the scope is predictable, the price is fixed and published: the health check at £595, a policy review at £495 and a core policy suite at £1,250.

Where organisation size or complexity affects delivery, we publish a starting point and explain what changes it.
